Admission Fees

Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Tuition Fees

• Before Course Start Date: A refund may be requested up to 7 days before the course start date, subject to a deduction of 10% administrative charges.

• After Course Start Date: No refund will be issued once the course has commenced.

Online Programs & Workshops

For one-time events or short courses, refunds are not applicable once access is granted or materials are distributed.

Cancellations by the School

If a program is canceled by GV Academy, a full refund will be issued to the affected students or transferred to another program as per the student's preference.

Procedure to Request Refund

To request a refund (if applicable):

• Submit a written request to contact@gvacademy.school

• Include student's full name, course details, and reason for the refund

• Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days upon approval

No Cash Refunds

All refunds will be made via the original mode of payment. No cash refunds will be provided.
